By accessing and using the Carco website (www.mycarco.ca), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Carco operates a car consignment and sales platform based in Newmarket, Ontario. We facilitate the buying and selling of used vehicles through consignment agreements between vehicle owners and buyers.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our website and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Not use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to interfere with the website's operation
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Ontario, Canada
4. Vehicle Listings
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of vehicle information on our website, we do not guarantee that all details (including pricing, mileage, and specifications) are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
5. Consignment Agreements
Consignment services are governed by a separate consignment agreement between Carco and the vehicle owner. The terms of that agreement supersede any general terms on this website.
6. Limitation of Liability
Carco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Carco and is protected by Canadian copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Text Messages (SMS)
Carco sends text messages only about a vehicle you are buying, selling or consigning with us, and only if you have asked us to - either by ticking the optional SMS box on a form on this site, or by telling us in person or on the phone that we may text you. Consent is never a condition of booking an appointment, buying, or using any of our services.
- What we send: service messages about your enquiry, appointment, vehicle, documents or payments. We do not send marketing or promotional texts from this number.
- How often: message frequency varies and follows your own enquiry or transaction.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Carco does not charge you for text messages; your mobile carrier may.
- Stopping: reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts from that number, or HELP for help.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our full messaging programme, including how consent is obtained, is described in our SMS Messaging Policy, and how we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
